LK COORDINATE MEASURING SYSTEMS

Industry Leading Coordinate Measurement Systems

BRIDGE MACHINES

The Ascent is available in three machine sizes. Starting with the 600 x 500 x 400 mm then moving up to the 800 x 700 x 600 mm and finishing with the largest a 1000 x 700 x 600 mm. It is also supplied with a choice of three probing options to allow you to select the system ideally suited to your application and budget.

The new Evolution range of bridge style CMMs is offered in a choice of three styles. The Evolution starts from the smallest size at 1500 x 1200 x 1000 mm up to the largest at 5000 x 1500 x 1500 mm. The Evolution Plus and the Evolution Therma both start at 800 x 700 x 600 mm, increasing to 3500 x 1500 x 1200 mm. For enhanced accuracy and repeatability, the Evolution range uses LK's enhanced ceramic bridge construction and all are ideal for demanding analogue probing applications.

The new LK Integra range of ceramic bridge style CMMs start from the smallest 600 x 500 x 400 mm and increase to the largest 2500 x 1000 x 800 mm. All machines are based around LK's unique ceramic bridge construction to provide greater stiffness and rigidity which equates to significantly improved repeatability. With the CMM controller and computer integrated into the machine design, the Integra is highly reliable and easily maintained.

The Libero is a new generation of advanced high performance bridge CMM.
Machines that meet the growing industry demands for a scanning solution that delivers superior accuracy with production throughput. Key features include granite table with ceramic Y & Z guide ways, raised X axis guide way, temperature compensation, and high performance air bearings.

The Ultima range of large bridge style CMMs offers two machine styles, both of which are based around a common modular design concept providing a highly reliable and easily maintainable system across all machine sizes. With volumes up to 10 m long and bridge sizes up to 4 m x 3 m, the Ultima will cater for your large and heavy components without the need for a specialist solution.

When accuracy without compromise is required, the standards room Ultra precision, high accuracy coordinate measuring machine offers unbeatable value for money. Coupled with LK's world leading software, controller development and 35 years of coordinate measuring machine design, the Ultra is the new standard.

HORIZONTAL ARM MACHINES

The HC90 configuration provides unique access to the measuring envelope and can be supplied as sub-floor or floor level installations, or as part of a fully automated FMS cell with automated component loading and environmental enclosures. Combined with our own 3D measuring software CAMIO, the HC90 provides the complete inspection solution. Offered in rail or table-mounted configurations, the options of single or multiple columns are available with sizes starting as small as 1000 x 600 x 400 mm and ranging up to and above 20m x 1.6m x 3m. Repeatability values as low as 1.9 microns are achieved with vector velocities of up to 50 meters per minute.

The LY90S is a low cost, low accuracy, mechanical bearing 'layout' style horizontal arm machine. When cost verses accuracy is at a premium, innovative use of metal and carbon fiber composite and large cross-sectional machine axes make the LY90S unbeatable value for money. Available as top or side mounted rail and table configurations, machine capacities start from 2000 x 1000 x 1200 mm and range up to and above 10m x 2m x 3m. Single or multiple columns can be supplied as sub-floor with walk-on X axis covers or floor level installations, all with CNC and/or manual control. Vector velocities in excess of 30 meters per minute are achieved with repeatability maintaining 15 microns. Probing options include touch-trigger digital or laser stripe probing for geometric, freeform and reverse engineering applications.
