Camio Inspect combines LK's vast metrology expertise within a 21st century Windows based user interface designed to provide the quickest and simplest tools for the most advanced non-CAD programming environment available. Inspect offers a cost-effective entry into LK's product range, with a pedigree of high performance and reliability.

Camio Studio Lite has been developed to allow non-CNC CMM users to benefit from using the same CAD based metrology engine as the Camio Studio product. By utilising the same GUI as other Camio solutions, Studio Lite users are ensured of an easy upgrade path to full CNC CMM programming. Studio Lite supports all major types of portable inspection arms and allows the superior functionality of a DMIS based application to be utilised on manual CMM machines via a PC interface card.

Camio Studio sets the standard for CAD based metrology solutions. Encompassed within a productivity focused user interface, Camio Studio provides user-friendly programming techniques and wizard based functionality integrated into a CAD based programming environment.
Studio's use of direct CAD interface technology enables the most effective interaction with CAD models. Studio supports the direct use of all major CAD vendor formats such as CATIA, Unigraphics and ParaSolids, as well as supporting international exchange languages such as IGES, FDA-FS and STEP.

Metris Scan is the driving force behind Metris' range of scanning solutions integrated on coordinate measurement machines. The software handles the pre-processing of digitized data for downstream applications such as inspection and reverse engineering.
The Metris Scan Offline module enables the user to create, modify and prove out part programs using only 3D CAD models instead of using the actual CMM hardware and waiting for real parts.

Focus Inspection brings feature and full part-to-CAD inspection starting from point cloud data or meshes from CMM- or hand-based scanners, or hand-held scanning solutions like the Metris K-Scan or ModelMaker scanners. Focus Automation enables the user to automate repetitive scanning and inspection tasks in Metris Scan and Focus Inspection. It also ties the scanning and inspection process together to form a fully automated process, from data collection including setting scanning parameters, up to the generation of the inspection report.

Focus Reverse Engineering provides next generation functionality and workflow enhancements for the design, evaluation, manufacturing and analysis of free-form parts and products. Focus Reverse Engineering's unique multi-format modeling with "intelligent automation" provides users with best-of-class polygonal and surface/solid tools. Using this fully associative approach, designers are free to evaluate and modify at any stage, in the format of choice (polygons, curves and surfaces).
